A disciple is a student who sits and learns at the feet of a teacher We know the Holy Spirit is our Divine Instructor, but that He uses human vessels to share the Truth of the Word of God with others. That's what Discipleship Ministries is all about - teaching and training all ages to be better followers of Jesus Christ.
